components of research and policy for mobile home park issues in

Bachelor degree in social sciences preferred. Will consider substitution
of direct experience working with low income residents, park
owners/buyers, state and local government officials in lieu of degree.
Work Hours:
Year Round, Full Time Hours
Wage: $ 1,188.80
/ biweekly pay period - $1,444.80 /biweekly pay period

Job Title: HOPWA Coordinator Case Manager II
Job Summary:
Responsible to help
people living with HIV or AIDS to live independently by providing
limited short-term rental or mortgage subsidies, non-refundable
deposits, emergency utility payments, placement into permanent housing
and housing support services. Conduct intake and assessment of
clients housing needs. Case management and documentation. Establish
a rapport and working relationship with property owners and managers. Foster
a working relationship with HIV/AIDS case management programs, HOPWA and
Shelter Plus Care voucher providers, Utah Department of Health Bureau of
HIV/AIDS and others. Assist clients with special problems to
locate suitable housing. Provide referrals to SLCAP’s housing
programs/emergency services and other agencies as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree preferred in
related field. 2 years of related experience. MUST BE A CURRENT EMPLOYEE
WITH SLCAP.
